
Transitions Solution Leader

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Transition Architect to design and lead the transition strategies for complex multi-tower opportunities across IT infrastructure, applications, cloud, security, and network services. This role requires expertise in service transitions, transformations, and managing multi-vendor ecosystems for large-scale enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Transition Strategy
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end transition approaches and plans for multi-tower opportunities spanning infrastructure, applications, cloud, security, network, and workplace services.
- Define transition and transformation roadmaps that align with client business objectives and SLAs.
- Assess current state architectures and design transition models tailored to customer requirements.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies through a structured governance framework to ensure a seamless transition.
- Ensure the seamless integration of service management processes across the various service towers.
Pre-Sales Support
- Own the multi-tower transition solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals.
- Collaborate with finance teams to define transition effort estimates, pricing models, and costing frameworks.
- Partner with delivery teams to craft compelling transition and transformation value propositions.
- Present transition solutions to clients, showcasing strategic impact, risk management, and benefits.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Collaborate with service delivery, sales, and technology teams to ensure alignment across multiple service towers and smooth execution of transition plans.
- Establish governance models, escalation mechanisms, and transition KPIs to ensure effective monitoring and execution.
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement at all levels, from project initiation to post-transition support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in transition solutions design within IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and workplace services.
- In-depth expertise in ITIL methodologies for service management and governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of governance models, KPI tracking, and financial modeling for IT transition projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience working in multi-vendor ecosystems and managing large-scale IT infrastructure transitions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, or other relevant IT transition and service management frameworks are a plus.
