Key Responsibilities - Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for both traditional (print, outdoor, BTL) and digital (social media, performance, content) advertising services. - Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry partners. - Understand client objectives and collaborate with the creative and digital teams to create tailored proposals and campaigns. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. - Lead pitch presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with potential clients. - Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth execution, client satisfaction, and retention. - Track performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates to ensure consistent growth. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing agencies. - Strong understanding of bothtraditionalanddigital advertising landscapes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven record of achieving business targets and handling mid to large-scale clients. - Self-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for creative business growth.
