Business Development Manager

Job Description We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in domestic and international markets. If you're passionate about consultative B2B sales and have experience in HR Tech, Payroll Services, or SaaS Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business growth targets. - Consistently achieve assigned sales quotas and performance goals. Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors and regions. - Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry events. - Build and maintain a strong and actionable sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management - Understand client challenges and provide tailored HR/payroll solutions. - Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding. Collaboration & Market Insights - Work closely with cross-functional teams Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Product to ensure customer success. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications:- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 35 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or B2B consultative sales. - Experience in HR Tech, Payroll Outsourcing, or SaaS preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with analytical and decision-making ability. - Willingness to travel when required.
