Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will focus on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase the company's market share. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales plans, achieving targets, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and address client needs. Qualifications - Business Development and Sales: Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and developing effective sales strategies. - Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and execute growth-oriented initiatives. - Negotiation and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate successfully. - Team Collaboration and Leadership: Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and mentoring team members to achieve mutual goals. - Additional Qualifications: A proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the logistics industry. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
