Company Overview Ridein Technologies Inc www RidenRoll com is a California-based for-profit technologies app platform to connect users 1099 contractor Ride-Hauling drivers and 1099 contractor delivery drivers to provide all essential services at a reasonable cost We provide SaaS Employer Support Services At RidenRoll we are proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the transportation fleet management digital advertising space with our revolutionary software platform We are seeking driven individuals who are eager to be part of the driving force behind this innovation and who are motivated to achieve success and earn a great income with unlimited potential Summary The role we have available is not just a job it s an opportunity to grow your career and make a significant impact As someone comfortable with cold calling engaging prospects through social media and executing email campaigns you possess the skills that are integral to the success of this position We want individuals who are enthusiastic about the chance to contribute to our team and who believe they have what it takes to excel in this role If you are excited about the opportunity to grow your career with RidenRoll and make a real difference in the digital advertising landscape we encourage you to apply Pay structure 100 high uncapped commission basis along with monthly customer account retention payouts creating a substantial source of income At RidenRoll were looking for A-players not just those who simply check off all the boxes What you ll do Work across a territory of strategic clients and when applicable ad agencies while prospecting for new accounts that are a strong fit for RidenRolls fleet management software and advertising solutions Utilize social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Instagram LinkedIn X formerly Twitter and TikTok to promote RidenRolls services and offerings Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to renewal Map client organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on executives stakeholders and advocates Develop a positive client experience and foster healthy working relationships Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline and customer interactions in CRM software Research clients business objectives and challenges and align RidenRolls proven Promo and advertising solutions to accomplish their goals Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products services You will collaborate with RidenRolls internal teams to ensure strong client experiences and program performance post-sale Create promote Facebook LinkedIn virtual sales events for growth productivity What it takes to succeed You have 4 years experience of in B2B strategic selling with Midmarket National or Enterprise clients Digital advertising sales or media sales experience preferably in paid search programmatic display advertising and or DSPs You have experience and success prospecting new business and growing a diverse contact set across an account Strong capability with strategic sales active listening negotiation and analysis skills Strong command of attribution location visitation pixel brand lift reporting to create strong data-driven narratives Fluency in engaging with clients via video conference and in person with small to large size groups Ridein Technologies Inc www RidenRoll com is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer We are committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race color religion sex national origin age disability and veteran s status as well as any applicable Federal State or Municipal discrimination laws
