Customer Success- Intern

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-funtional teams including engineering, design, and sales to develop and launch new products and features.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and differentiate our products in the market place.
- Understanding Client Needs: Delve deep into your clients' narratives, comprehending their distinct requirements, and customizing solutions that seamlessly align.
- Tailored Marketing Solutions: Develop marketing strategies that harmonize with the eWards platform, enhancing customer engagement.
- Data Proficiency: Utilize your knowledge of Excel and adeptness at reading data to extract valuable insights. This data-driven approach ensures that your strategies are informed, precise, and effective.
You'll Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and other teams to drive product success.
