We are seeking a Sales and Customer Success Technology Specialist to own our sales and customer success technology stack.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Managing, customizing, and optimizing our CRM to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams is key.
  • Building processes and automations that make our teams faster and smarter will drive business growth.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system is crucial for informed decision-making.
  • Training users, enforcing best practices, and being the go-to expert for CRM questions is vital for team success.
  • Driving insights by building dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention will help us scale effectively.

You'll work closely with sales and marketing leadership to develop and implement lead management strategies, scoring models, and customer journey tracking.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience, preferably with Hub Spot. You should have a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment and be comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
