Skills and Qualifications - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India. - Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates fit for the organization.
