Responsibilities - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications. - Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for the organization. - Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. - Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Utilize recruitment software and tools for tracking and reporting purposes. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Skills and Qualifications - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India. - Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
