Job Description Description We are seeking a recruitment management professional to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources and recruitment. Responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role. - Manage the recruitment process from application to offer, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting techniques. - Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
