Job Description Description We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start a career in recruitment and human resources. Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and networking. - Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment database. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards. - Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
