Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus, but not mandatory.
