Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales specialist based in Bengaluru. The Pre-sales specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, providing project details, arranging site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for clients. Additional responsibilities include market research, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering presentations to prospects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, and Solution Selling
- Strong Real Estate Knowledge
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Documentation skills
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Technical, and Product teams
- Proven track record in supporting successful sales initiatives
- PUC / Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in the Real Estate industry/ Customer Relations/ Voice is a plus
- Ready to travel to Project Site: Attibele Sarjapur Road
- Salary Package: 15,000 - 20,000 Plus Incentives
