Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to support the Sales Head in driving revenue growth managing the sales team and expanding market presence The role requires strategic thinking leadership skills and a proven track record in sales Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales Head in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement Identify new business opportunities partnerships and market trends Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee sales operations including forecasting budgeting and reporting Monitor competitor activities and suggest proactive strategies Drive implementation of CRM tools and ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns Contribute to recruitment training and performance evaluation of the sales team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 400 000 00 per year Work Location In person
