We are seeking a talented Online Bidder to join our team at our office in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. As an Online Bidder, you will manage our online bidding process on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the bidding platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to comprehend technical concepts to provide clear and concise responses.

Responsibilities:

1. Profile Management: Create, edit, and maintain a professional profile on bidding platforms to showcase our company's capabilities and attract invites from prospects.

2. Job Filtering and Shortlisting: You can use your expertise to filter and shortlist relevant job opportunities based on our company's services and capabilities.

3. Client Requirement Analysis: Understand client requirements by thoroughly analyzing project descriptions and specifications. Prepare personalized and tailored cover letters or proposals to address client needs effectively.

4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Communicate with clients professionally and effectively to convey our value proposition and negotiate terms.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months+ of experience as an Online Bidder or similar role on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

2. Proficient in using bidding platforms: Should have a deep understanding of how bidding platforms work, including bidding strategies, project categorization, payments, and client engagement.

3. Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical concepts and answer technical questions during bidding processes.

4. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with clients, understand their requirements, and present proposals effectively.

5. Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in crafting personalized cover letters and proposals tailored to each client's needs.
