Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in international sales within the digital marketing industry. This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships across global markets, and driving revenue growth through digital marketing service sales.
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to close deals with international clients while working closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new international business opportunities in digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Performance Marketing, etc.) to international clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with service delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in international sales/business development in digital marketing.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Performance Marketing).
- Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and international prospecting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
