Role Overview Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be a key player in our sales team, responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, persuasive, and passionate about sales in the tech and education space.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)

Conduct product demonstrations to decision makers from coaching institutes and upskilling centers

Own the complete sales cyclefrom initial outreach to deal closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM

Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English is Required; knowledge of Hindi or additional language is a strong advantage

13 years of experience in sales or business development in SaaS or EdTech Company

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a startup culture

bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

Bonus Points

Prior experience in inside sales, EdTech, or CRM-based software sales

Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
