We partner with organizations across sectors to drive capability building, performance, and growth through expert-led training programs. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End B2B Sales Management: - Own the full sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales relationship management. - Lead Generation & Conversion: - Utilize LinkedIn, digital tools, and B2B channels to generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue-generating clients. - High-Value Deal Closure: - Confidently pitch and sell customized, high-ticket corporate training programs to mid-size and large enterprises. - Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership: - Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and manage profitability of accounts. - Account Growth & Client Retention: - Manage key client relationships, upsell existing accounts, and convert one-time projects into long-term partnerships. - Sales Operations: - Maintain CRM, report pipeline and forecasting accurately, and drive structured sales processes across the team. - Team Collaboration & Leadership: - Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. Lead and mentor junior team members as required. Requirements: - 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles. - Strong background in EdTech, corporate training, L&D, or consulting services is highly desirable. - Demonstrated success in managing high-value sales cycles and achieving revenue targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities. - Experience in handling P&L, forecasting, and revenue reporting. - Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
