Role Description This full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager is based in Pachore. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with clients, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The role demands active collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to position the company effectively within the market. The goal is to promote the continuous growth of SK Finance Limited by fostering lasting client relationships and expanding the business footprint. Qualifications - Business development, client relationship management, and strategic partnership skills - Market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
