Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. The role focuses on generating quality leads, expanding franchise opportunities, closing B2B deals, and building long-term relationships with partners and franchisees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to travel frequently to support expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate leads for B2B clients and franchise development.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Travel to different cities to meet clients and close high-value deals.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stores, ensuring smooth communication and timely support.
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients, franchisees, and internal stakeholders.
- Understand store requirements and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill them.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales pipeline, closed deals, and business performance.
- Track and document customer interactions and business development activities.
- Follow-ups & Deal Closure
- Ensure regular and structured follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Negotiate effectively and drive deals to successful closure.
- Monitor and support franchisees post-deal to ensure business success.
