Role Description This is a full-time, on-site field sales role for a Business Development Manager based in Surat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for House meetings with prospect candidates and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with Students and Parants, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, client meetings, presentations, and the coordination of training programs. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure the achivement of sales targets. Qualifications - Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management skills - Experience in developing and executing growth strategies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the banking or financial services sector
