About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to support our marketing and sales teams in driving demand and building a strong sales pipeline. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about marketing, lead generation, and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, partnerships, and other channels. Assist in creating and managing email/drip campaigns to engage potential prospects. Execute marketing activities on time to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Maintain accurate lead records and track campaign performance in CRM systems. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and engagement strategies. Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness. Core KPIs: Leads Generated: Number of leads generated from campaigns and partners. Campaign Engagement: Open rates, click-through rates, and responses from email/drip campaigns. Timely Execution: Completion of marketing activities within set deadlines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 02 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales support. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of email marketing tools, CRM, and lead management systems. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
