Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice calls from international (US) customers
- Resolve healthcare service-related inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure accurate documentation
- Follow process protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams as required for escalations or issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates or undergraduates with strong English communication skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Must be willing to work in US rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
Important Note:
- Candidates with AR Calling, non-voice, or backend experience are NOT eligible
- Only candidates with voice process experience (if experienced) will be considered
