e are looking for highly skilled professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our international healthcare voice process team. This role involves interacting with customers and healthcare providers based overseas, handling queries, and ensuring accurate, efficient support in line with compliance standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare-related services.
- Accurately document patient and provider information in the system.
- Resolve queries related to medical claims, insurance, billing, and appointments.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with sensitive healthcare data.
- Meet process targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality teams to continuously improve performance.
- RequirementsExcellent English communication skills – both verbal and written (mandatory).
- Prior experience in an international voice process, preferably in healthcare, is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned to US/UK time zones.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with healthcare software tools.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
