Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from international (US) customers related to healthcare services
- Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to queries
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to call quality standards
- Update and document client interactions in the system
- Follow all compliance and data security regulations (HIPAA guidelines preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work in US rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
Mandatory Requirements:
- No prior experience in AR Calling, non-voice, or backend processes
- Only candidates with voice process experience (if experienced) will be considered
