The Role: We're looking for a Business Development & Marketing Associate, one who's curious, articulate, and deeply people-driven. This role isn't about cold calls or mechanical selling. It's about building relationships, sharing ideas that matter, and helping our vision reach the right audiences. What You Will Be Doing: Business Development - Understand client needs and propose training or partnership solutions that truly add value. - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reach out with pitch decks that tell compelling stories. - Nurture long-term relationships with college students, and industry professionals. Marketing & Branding - Co-create digital campaigns that bring our mission to life across social platforms. - Collaborate with content and design teams to produce posts, videos, and success stories. - Help organize webinars, campus talks, and outreach events that build visibility and trust. Strategic Growth - Support new initiatives that expand Bumblebee's reach into new regions or programs. - Be part of brainstorming sessions that blend creativity with business logic. What We're Looking For: - Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a closely related field. - Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a passion for engaging with people and effectively conveying ideas. - Proactive Mindset: Exhibit a strong sense of initiative, consistently following through on tasks and ensuring completion with efficiency. - Empathy and Understanding: Showcase a deep understanding of people, prioritizing emotional intelligence alongside analytical skills. - Relevant Experience: While prior experience in sales, marketing, or business outreach (through internships or projects) is advantageous, a genuine passion for the field is valued above all.
