It serves demand from Tourists/Passengers through Mobile App with Payments happening digitally. GOAMILES is now gearing up for its new business services to be integrated within its existing app & hence require candidate to get things rolling, on B2B Sales. Job Description: Sales Business development Executive - (GOAMILES): B2B Sales Job Location: Delhi,India Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales & Partnerships: Identify, onboard & manage key business partners in your assigned region Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention Sales Targets & Strategy: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective strategic planning Market Expansion: Promote GOAMILES services to tourism businesses, travel agencies & corporate clients. Field Sales: Travel extensively (approx. 25 days per month) for business development activities MICE Sales: Create GOAMILES as a brand in MICE space (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) & be a top notch B2B sales person in the doing. Personal Growth + Company Growth will go hand in hand What We Are Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the tourism, travel, or transportation industry Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion & relationship-building abilities Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is a plus Tech-Savvy: Comfortable explaining and promoting app-based solutions to clients Highly Self-Motivated: A results-driven mindset with the ability to exceed targets Why Join Us Career Growth: Be part of an innovative company disrupting the travel industry Uncapped Earnings: 25,000 30,000 per month + incentives + actual expense reimbursement + unlimited incentives of up to INR 30,000/month totalling CTC to INR 60,000/month Be a Key Player: Play a crucial role in GOAMILES regional expansion.
