Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our Pune office. This role involves identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and managing client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, preparing pitches and presentations, and executing strategies to achieve business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to align on goals and deliver solutions is a key part of this role. Qualifications - Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and identify opportunities. - Strong expertise in Business strategy and Account Management to ensure effective client engagement and long-term partnerships. - Outstanding Communication skills, including verbal and written, to build and maintain positive client relationships. - Ability to work effectively in a team, problem-solving aptitude, and results-driven mindset. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in the design, digital, or creative industries is a plus.
