Job Description Business Development Executive (EUROPE/APAC Region) Experience: Minimum 2 years Location: Pune (Work from Office 5 Days Mandatory) We are currently considering male candidates for this role About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to handle inbound sales and accelerate growth across the EU/APAC region. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Pune, and candidates must be available to work onsite 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Sales Management: - Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. - Qualify and assess leads from EU/APAC markets based on their business needs and alignment with our solutions. - Conduct product consultations and deliver engaging demos. - Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maintain strong follow-ups. - Convert leads into sales opportunities and close deals effectively. End-to-End Sales Cycle: - Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closure. - Draft and present tailored proposals and solutions to clients across the EU/APAC region. - Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer success, operations) to ensure client satisfaction. - Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs. Market Strategy & Intelligence: - Stay current on EU/APAC market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape. - Collaborate with the regional marketing team to refine sales approaches for key countries. - Share customer insights and market trends with internal teams for continuous improvement. CRM & Reporting: - Accurately maintain and update all lead and deal information in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). - Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, sales activities, and conversion metrics. - Use analytics to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
