Job Description Job Description: Business Development Executive (BIM Experience) Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Pune Experience: 2+ Years in Business Development (BIM industry preferred) Job Type: Full-time. Company: Studinest Responsibilities: Data Extraction: Extract data of multiple companies in the BIM industry for business development purposes. Market Research: Conduct research on real-time marketing trends, business development strategies, and industry developments in BIM. Content Creation: Create engaging LinkedIn marketing posts several times a week. The posts should be relevant to the BIM industry and BD strategies. Approval & Posting: Submit LinkedIn posts for approval, and once approved, schedule and post them on LinkedIn. Email Campaigns: Manage multiple company email accounts and send daily emails to potential clients, partners, and leads. LinkedIn Networking: Send daily LinkedIn connection requests to potential clients, partners, or industry professionals. Client Calling: Call clients during USA business hours to establish relationships, follow up on leads, and promote services. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and conversions. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on progress and results. Required Skills: BIM Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in the Business Development field within the BIM industry. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research and extract useful data for business development. Social Media: Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing and content creation. Email Management: Experience in managing multiple email accounts and running email campaigns. Phone Etiquette: Strong calling skills and ability to engage with clients over the phone. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities efficiently. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in business development or marketing in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries is a plus.
