Business Development Associate Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for: 1. Email Marketing:Developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement, nurture leads, and support overall business growth. 2. MS-Office Expertise:Creating impactful presentations, detailed reports, and well-structured proposals using MS-Office tools to support client communication and internal decision-making. 3. Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer service. 4. LinkedIn Marketing:Leveraging LinkedIn to expand the company's professional network, promote services, and identify potential business opportunities. 5. Market Research & Lead Database Management:Conducting thorough market research to identify prospects and maintaining an accurate, updated lead database. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams to develop, refine, and implement strategies focused on business growth and client acquisition. 7. Sales Support:Assisting in the preparation, execution, and optimization of sales strategies and tactics aimed at achieving revenue targets. 8. Design & Visual Communication:The candidate should also have working knowledge of Canvafor creating visual content, basic designs, and marketing creatives.
