This full-time, junior-level position requires candidates to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in footwear sales, customer service, and more to enhance our customer interactions and drive satisfaction. Qualifications And Skills - Must have a strong background in customer service, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. (Mandatory skill) - Proven experience in footwear sales and knowledge of the footwear retail environment is essential. (Mandatory skill) - Experience in sales operations, effectively managing daily retail activities and maximizing store efficiency. - Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and a proactive approach to resolving their concerns. - Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment. - Footwear experience with a deep understanding of customer preferences and market trends. (Mandatory skill) - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also handling tasks independently. Roles And Responsibilities - Assist customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. - Utilize expertise in footwear to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings and current promotions to enhance sales. - Handle sales operations and ensure smooth running of store activities on a day-to-day basis. - Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve the overall customer experience. - Remain updated on industry trends and incorporate new strategies to boost customer satisfaction. - Assist in store merchandising, inventory management, and the upkeep of a welcoming retail environment. - Develop positive customer relationships, increasing loyalty and boosting repeat business.
