This full-time, junior-level position requires candidates to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in footwear sales, customer service, and more to enhance our customer interactions and drive satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Must have a strong background in customer service, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. (Mandatory skill) Proven experience in footwear sales and knowledge of the footwear retail environment is essential. (Mandatory skill) Experience in sales operations, effectively managing daily retail activities and maximizing store efficiency. Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and a proactive approach to resolving their concerns. Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment. Footwear experience with a deep understanding of customer preferences and market trends. (Mandatory skill) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also handling tasks independently. Roles and Responsibilities Assist customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Utilize expertise in footwear to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings and current promotions to enhance sales. Handle sales operations and ensure smooth running of store activities on a day-to-day basis. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve the overall customer experience. Remain updated on industry trends and incorporate new strategies to boost customer satisfaction. Assist in store merchandising, inventory management, and the upkeep of a welcoming retail environment. Develop positive customer relationships, increasing loyalty and boosting repeat business.
