As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of Vaibhav Global Limited, providing personalized assistance and support to our esteemed clientele. Your primary responsibilities will include:
2. **Order Management**: Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery, while proactively communicating updates to customers to enhance their shopping experience.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse range of jewelry, home decor, and lifestyle products to offer personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.

4. **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a positive brand image.

5. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various teams, including logistics, warehouse, and marketing, to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless customer interactions throughout the order fulfillment process.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks on orders and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance service excellence.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, and generate reports to track key performance metrics and identify trends.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency in German for the Germany shift is a plus).
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is desirable.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
