Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Associate to join our team at Reliance Retail in Jaipur. This full-time, junior-level position requires candidates to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in footwear sales, customer service, and more to enhance our customer interactions and drive satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a strong background in customer service, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience in footwear sales and knowledge of the footwear retail environment is essential. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in sales operations, effectively managing daily retail activities and maximizing store efficiency.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and a proactive approach to resolving their concerns.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Footwear experience with a deep understanding of customer preferences and market trends. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also handling tasks independently.

  • Assist in store merchandising, inventory management, and the upkeep of a welcoming retail environment.
