Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore Experience Required: 2-5 years in Sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role (Indore-based candidates highly preferred) Job Description: Alphawizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr. Business Development Manager to manage and lead a team of sales professionals in driving business development, client acquisition, and IT solution sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with at least 2-5 years of experience, including leadership experience in handling teams. This role will require you to develop sales strategies, drive business growth, and guide the team in meeting their sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of BDEs/BDMs to achieve sales targets through effective mentoring, training, and performance reviews. - Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. - Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to target markets and business goals. - Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking. - Analyze industry trends and market data to refine sales approaches and stay competitive. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable IT solutions. - Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and presentations. - Ensure client satisfaction, handle feedback, and encourage repeat business and referrals. - Monitor team performance through KPIs and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. - Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred) - 25 years in IT sales, with proven leadership experience - Excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork is a plus
