Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager – Leasing, responsible for driving leasing transactions and business development for our commercial and industrial assets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in commercial leasing, client acquisition, and transaction management, particularly within the Chennai or Indore real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close leasing opportunities for commercial office spaces, industrial parks, and warehouses.
  • Manage end-to-end leasing transactions — from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal negotiation to closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, real estate brokers, consultants, and IPCs (International Property Consultants).
  • Conduct market research and analyze local demand trends to support strategic leasing decisions.
  • Prepare and present leasing proposals, MIS reports, and occupancy forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — Legal, Finance, Projects, and Operations — for smooth execution of lease agreements.
  • Ensure maximum occupancy and optimized rental yields for assigned properties.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives for leasing activities.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 7–14 years of relevant experience in commercial leasing, real estate transactions, or business development.
  • Strong network and market knowledge in Chennai or Indore real estate markets.
  • Proven experience in handling corporate or commercial leasing transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
