Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and managing client projects from conception to completion. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and attending industry events to expand the company's network. Qualifications - Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation - Experience in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Project Management - Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation Abilities - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines - A background in the event management or entertainment industry is beneficial - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
