About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Manager. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company. The Franchise Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and create business collaterals. Responsibilities - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients - Developing and executing sales strategies - Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company - Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence - Creating business collaterals Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, and client relationship management - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to identify market trends and customer needs - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Team player and ability to work independently with remote team members effectively - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, marketing, or related field - Knowledge of the education industry and early childhood development is a plus - Experience with CRM software Required Skills - Proven experience in sales, and client relationship management - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to identify market trends and customer needs - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Team player and ability to work independently with remote team members effectively - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Preferred Skills - Knowledge of the education industry and early childhood development is a plus - Experience with CRM software Pay range and compensation package For more information contact me on mail or contact number hr4@makoons or 9355040883.
