Franchise Sales Manger

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Performance Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Franchise Sales Executives.
- Set team targets, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to upskill the team.
- Review and improve sales pitch quality, negotiation approach, and follow-up efficiency.
**Strategic Planning & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive franchise growth across key regions.
- Analyze market trends, identify high-potential territories, and guide the team accordingly.
- Collaborate with leadership on territory expansion plans and franchise onboarding processes.
**Process Oversight & Reporting**:
- Monitor and ensure effective execution of the end-to-end franchise sales process by the team — from lead generation to closure.
- Review sales funnels, conversion ratios, and team KPIs using CRM tools and reports.
- Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
**Cross-functional Coordination**:
- Liaise with Marketing to align lead generation and brand positioning strategies.
- Work with Operations and Legal for smooth onboarding and contract execution.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-8 years of proven sales experience; franchise sales or B2B business development experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain business models and investment structures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
