Key Responsibilities
- Generate New Sales: Actively source new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and strategic emails.
- Understand Client Needs:: Engage with potential clients to deeply understand their needs and craft tailored solutions that meet their goals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas in a competitive environment.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our services.
- Lead Database Management: Create, manage, and update a comprehensive database of leads and prospects. Ensure the database is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented for targeted outreach.
- Prospect Identification: Identify and prioritize high-potential leads through detailed analysis and research, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular phone calls and email communication, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategic Outreach: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and generate interest in Credence Digital Marketing's services.
