We help investors and families recover their lost or unclaimed investments through transparent, compliant, and client-centric processes.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a background in financial, legal, or consulting services sales.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling investment, insurance, education, or other advisory services, and be confident in building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with individuals having unclaimed or lost shares/investments.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and consultations to explain our recovery process.
  • Build strong trust and rapport with clients through transparent communication.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads using CRM tools and calling software.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate recovery solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while achieving defined monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate referrals and repeat business through satisfied clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Prior experience in financial products sales (mutual funds, insurance, investments) or legal/consulting services preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales process, lead nurturing, and client servicing.
  • Comfortable working on CRM tools, MS Office, and calling platforms.
  • Confident in both online and face-to-face client interactions.
  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
