Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in India. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and generating leads. Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams to meet sales targets and business objectives.

Locations : MUMBAI, BENGALURU, AHMEDABAD, VADODARA, DELHI

Qualifications

- Experience of 4-7 years in sales & marketing of pumps/ mixers/ process machinery/ pharma machinery/ mechanical seals / hygienic valves& fittings
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering /food technology/ biotechnology/ chemical engineering
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
