Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads. Daily tasks include maintaining communication with clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will be expected to meet sales targets and collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Excellent Communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- 2 years of Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Marketing, or related field
