Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building client relationships, and working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth account onboarding and activation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and have excellent communication skills to win new accounts and support company growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and approach potential customers, gather requirements, and understand their current setup. * Proposal Development: Collaborate with management or partners to create competitive commercial proposals. * Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and secure new accounts. * Onboarding Coordination: Work with the operations team to onboard new clients and activate accounts * Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities. Skills & Requirements * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions * Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated. * Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Prior experience in sales,business development, or account management is an advantage.
