This role involves coordinating strategic initiatives, managing communications and schedules, and assisting with business development activities. The ideal candidate will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, conduct research, and travel across India to support key business objectives. Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Director of Transformation and New Business - Coordinate with stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives - Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - Manage calendars, emails, and communications for the Director - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed - Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions - Facilitate collaboration between teams and departments - Support planning and execution for business development activities - Travel across India as required to support business objectives
