Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Trydan Tech's presence across the EV, UAV, and energy storage markets. This role involves managing a team of business development professionals, sourcing vendors, conducting in-depth market research, and executing high-impact sales strategies. Success in this position requires a proactive, hands-on approach with strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, relationship-building, and direct client engagement. The manager will also represent Trydan Tech at industry events and forums to strengthen market visibility and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Strategy Oversee and guide market research initiatives to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor positioning Deliver actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning Present research findings to leadership to support strategic and data-driven planning Sales & Business Development Develop and lead sales strategies to expand market reach in the battery and energy storage sectors Manage a team responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and partnership development Represent Trydan Tech at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer presentations Drive key account acquisition, contract negotiation, and long-term revenue growth initiatives Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention Serve as the main escalation point for client inquiries and high-value accounts Oversee onboarding and ensure a seamless client experience through cross-functional coordination Sales Reporting & Forecasting Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including lead conversion, pipeline progress, and client feedback Prepare detailed sales performance reports for internal management review and forecasting Use insights from client interactions and data analytics to refine sales strategies and team performance For more details, visit, www.trydantech.com/career
