Job Description Job Title: Senior Operations Manager Location: Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Salary: Up to 50,000 CTC We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations for our city/region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in last-mile logistics, team management, and operational excellence within the quick commerce or e-commerce sector. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and daily order fulfillment targets. - Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet management. - Ensure compliance with city-level logistics, insurance, and vehicle requirements. - Lead and motivate on-ground teams including Operations Leads, Executives, and Fleet Managers. - Manage petty cash, invoicing validation, and financial reconciliations. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure SLA adherence. - Monitor rider engagement, performance, and retention initiatives. - Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Tech teams to ensure smooth operational flow. Requirements: - Education: BE/Diploma (Graduate/MBA preferred) - Experience: 610 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain, with minimum 4 years in last-mile delivery management. - Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Proven ability to manage large teams and city-level logistics operations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
