Role Description As an Operational Manager, you will: - Oversee the entire operations, including Estimation, Production, Site Execution, Procurement, Accounts, and Service departments. - Ensure smooth and timely project execution while adhering to cost, quality, and safety standards. - Lead and mentor department heads such as Production Head, Plant Supervisor, Sales, and Accountants. - Monitor and ensure daily operations, resource management, and production schedules are on track for all ongoing projects. - Report project progress and operational insights directly to the CEO on a regular basis. - Work with the senior leadership to align operational goals with the company's business objectives and client requirements. - Oversee quality assurance across all departments and ensure consistent compliance with company standards. - Handle client communications, manage escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. - Foster a collaborative work environment to improve overall team performance and efficiency. Education Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. - 45 years of experience in a leadership role within the aluminium/glazing/facade or construction industry is preferred. - Proven ability in operational management, project oversight, and team coordination.
