As a Zoho Developer at Cascade Headway you have to play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions for our clients Your expertise in Zoho CRM Creator Deluge scripting and API integrations will be critical in building customized scalable applications and automation Candidate has to collaborate closely with clients understand their unique business challenges and implement tailored Zoho solutions to meet their goals Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and customization of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books Zoho Analytics and Zoho Desk Develop custom business logic workflows and automation using Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations Work with clients to gather detailed requirements translate them into technical solutions and implement them within Zoho s ecosystem Build advanced integrations with third-party applications and systems using Zoho APIs webhooks and middleware tools Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues ensuring that Zoho solutions are scalable reliable and meet client expectations Document solutions including technical specifications user manuals and system architecture Continuously research and stay updated on new Zoho features and emerging technologies Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects Requirements 2 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho CRM Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications Deep knowledge of Deluge scripting Zoho APIs and third-party integration tools Proven experience in implementing complex workflows automation and custom solutions for businesses of various industries Expertise in data migration reporting and analytics within Zoho s ecosystem Strong problem-solving debugging and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring or guiding junior developers Willingness to travel Bachelor s degree is mandatory especially in Computer Science Engineering or a related field preferred Candidates only from Kerala will be considered Benefits Career growth and advancement opportunities Professional development programs including training and certifications Dynamic collaborative and inclusive work environment Competitive salary based on experience and performance Performance-based bonuses Team-building activities and social events Employee recognition and rewards
